Fishing opportunities

An abundance of fish is waiting to be caught including cod, pollack, coalfish, mackerel, flatfish and eel. The weather conditions and time of year will determine what species will bite.

There are minute differences between high and low tide, normally 0-20 cm, so this will not affect your fishing luck.

The guests at Farsund Resort will receive a comprehensive introduction to fishing by our representative including use of the boat and information on areas to fish. Fishing guests will also receive a detailed fishing manual containing useful information.
